In-play (live) betting markets are subject to short suspension windows for line updates. Bets placed during a suspension window that are accepted in error due to a technical fault may be voided. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where no investigation is pending, standard balances (excluding outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within seven (7) business days of the closure request being verified.
Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse — all balances, including real-money deposits, may be forfeited at bpjs777's discretion pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are confirmed as legitimately deposited and unrelated to the breach, they will be returned to the verified payment method.
